Thermoelectrics and wood gasification technology - With the world's first power generating wood gasification CHP "Seebeck 250W" for the living room the Thermoelect GmbH, formerly know as HE Energy GmbH, celebrated the market entry at the international fair Hannover Messe 2018. Together with strong partners from research, science and education, we developed the "Seebeck" in a two-year research and development phase.

The hydronic "Seebeck 250W" uses thermoelectrics by means of maintenance-free and noiseless thermoelectric generators (TEG) in conjunction with wood gasification technology to generate electricity, central heating heating and domestic hot water. Since the basic requirement of electrical power with 250 watts for pumps and heating control, LED living room lighting, refrigerator and mobile devices is covered, the wood gasifier CHP is considered as ideal island solution and emergency generator in wooded regions and the rural periphery.

With the company ′HEE – Horst Erichsen Energy′, Horst Erichsen, Managing Director of Thermoelect GmbH, has been distributing the wood gasification CHP ′Walltherm®′ in northern Germany for more than 10 years. The Hamburg-based company will continue to market products of Wallnöfer GmbH in the future, and will also include the products of Thermoelect GmbH in its portfolio.
